Come and join a practical and engaging learning experience designed to help Montessori educators begin the school year with confidence, clarity, and intention while preparing environments where children feel safe, connected, and ready to thrive. Together we will explore the preparation of the adult, the prepared environment beyond materials and aesthetics, Grace & Courtesy, observation, classroom leadership, purposeful engagement, routines and transitions, behavioral expectations, the role of the adult within the environment, teamwork, and strategies that support calm, connected, and normalized environments during the first weeks of school. This course is designed to support educators not only in preparing their classrooms, but also in recognizing the powerful impact their presence, consistency, and daily interactions have on the emotional climate and overall functioning of the environment. Where? Live online sessions via Zoom. When? On Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 11 to August 27, 2026 from 6:30-8:00 EDT Investment $195 CAD per person *plus taxes Upon registration participants will receive: - 6 live online sessions - Course handouts and reflection activities - Practical tools and classroom strategies - Opportunities for discussion and collaborative learning - Certificate of Participation from PAMS upon successful completion *** To ensure meaningful interaction and participation, spaces will be limited. We need a minimum of 5 registered participants to run the program.
