Date: Aug 5-6, 2025 Modality: In-Person Location: Dearcroft Montessori Trafalgar Crossing Campus (297 Oak Walk Dr, Oakville, ON L6H 3R6) Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (1-hr break between 12:00-1:00) Inversion: $240 CAD Hours: 12 hours Audience: Ideal for assistants, support staff, specialists, or anyone new to Montessori who wants to feel more aligned and empowered in their day-to-day work. Designed for educators and staff working in Montessori schools without formal Montessori training, this 2-day course offers a warm and practical introduction to the philosophy, core principles, and daily life of a Montessori classroom. Participants will leave with clarity, confidence, and tools to support a consistent, respectful, and child-centered approach. 🗓 Day 1 – Montessori: The Philosophy, the Child & the Adult’s Role Explore the foundational principles of Montessori education, the unique needs of the child, and the essential role of the prepared adult. 🗓 Day 2 – Bridging Philosophy & Practice Learn how to support Montessori-trained guides, understand the flow of the day, and contribute meaningfully to the environment—no matter your role. Please note: A minimum of 8 participants is required for this course to run. In the event the course does not meet the minimum enrollment, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
