Date: February 21, 2026 Modality: In-Person at Dearcroft Montessori Trafalgar Crossing Campus Time: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Investment: $150 CAD Hours: 4 hours Audience: Perfect for Montessori educators, classroom assistants, administrators, and caregivers seeking a warm, respectful approach to behaviour. This workshop blends Montessori principles with Positive Discipline to help educators guide behaviour with connection, clarity, and compassion. Grounded in understanding the needs beneath behaviour, this session empowers adults to respond in ways that build trust while maintaining firm, loving boundaries. By attending this workshop, you will: - Learn how to interpret behaviour through the lens of connection, unmet needs, and skill-building. - Explore kind-and-firm strategies to guide children respectfully, even in challenging moments. - Discover practical tools for creating calm, predictable routines and peaceful classroom dynamics. - Strengthen your confidence in setting limits that honour both the child and the community. Please note: Minimum 5 participants required for the session to run.
