Date: March 21, 2026 Modality: In-Person at Dearcroft Montessori Trafalgar Crossing Campus Time: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Investment: $150 CAD Hours: 4 hours Audience: Designed for Montessori educators at any stage of their journey, assistants, school leaders, and anyone seeking deeper intention in their work with children. At the heart of Montessori education lies the spiritual preparation of the adult—the inner work that allows us to guide with presence, humility, and love. This workshop is a reflective, nurturing space where educators reconnect with their purpose and rediscover the humanity behind their practice. By attending this workshop, you will: - Explore what it means to prepare the spirit and embody the Montessori principles from within. - Learn grounding practices that support patience, observation, and self-regulation. - Reflect on your values, triggers, and strengths as a prepared adult. - Leave with renewed inspiration, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection to your work.
